Ga. – Jo Ann Hickman, 53, Adult Literacy Instructor for Ogeechee
Technical College, is a long time resident of the south. She has spent the
past 35 years as a resident of Statesboro, Ga. Because of her love and
knowledge of this city, Hickman was asked to give her opinions on southern
culture and how it has shaped who she is today. TBN’s
