Blue v. White
On April 4 Georgia Southern’s annual blue and white game took place at Paulson Stadium. The blue team which consisted of mostly starters would dominate the game.
The game would be a total of 44 minutes in length. Lee Chapple the starting quarterback for the blue team completed 26 of 35 passes for 247 yards and two touchdowns against the white team.
His first touchdown would be to redshirted freshman Tyler Sumner who made a diving catch for a ten yard touchdown pass. Soon after that, Chapple was intercepted by Larry Murphy in the end zone at the end of the first half.
After half time the blue team took over on their own 39 yard line and Chapple hit sophomore Leander Barney for a 34 yard touchdown in the corner of the end zone.

Adrian Mora a sophomore kicker for GSU came in to kick a field goal making the score 17- 0 with 7:29 left in the game. Minutes after this on the final drive of the game Russell Demasi connected with Darreion Robinson for a 29 yard pass down to the one yard line. To complete the game Jordan Haggerty threw a one yard touchdown pass to make the final score 31-0 in favor of the blue team.
